Ingredients:
1.5 oz. tequila (I think he means .5 oz. here... I hope!)
0.5 oz. triple sec
0.5 oz. light rum
1 oz. sour mix
splash of Rose's
Directions: Shake, strain into lowball glass
garnish with lime wedge
African Hot Punch
Ingredients:
4 bottles Brandy
2 bottles Rum
1 gallon Black Coffee
4 pounds Sugar
Directions: WARNING: USE EXTREME CAUTION! Place sugar in large bowl. Pour in Brandy and Rum. Set the liquid on fire and let the sugar dissolve. Pour in the black coffee and stir well.
After Midnight
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of instant coffee
2 teaspoons of instant cacoa
1 glass of cold milk.
dash of cream
Directions: Add coffee and cacoa to milk. Add cream to smoothen. A bit of Jamacian rum is optional.
