Ice Palace


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Galliano
  • 1/2 Apricot Brandy
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Directions:
Shake well with ice. Strain into a collins glass and add ice. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice

Imperial Eggnog


Ingredients:
  • 1 fifth Brandy
  • 3 oz. Apricot Brandy
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 pint Heavy Cream
  • 1 quart Milk
  • 1/2 pound Sugar
Directions:
Beat yolks and whites of eggs seperately. Add sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add Brandy and Apricot Brandy. Beat mixture. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well.

Income Tax


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Gin
  • 1 tsp. Dry Vermouth
  • 1 tsp. Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. Orange juice
  • 2-3 dashes Bitters
Directions:
Shake well with ice. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Innocent Passion


Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Rum
  • 1/3 lemonade mix
  • 1/3 passion fruit juice
  • 1/3 cranberry juice
  • ice / rocks
Directions:
Drink

International


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. Cognac
  • 1 tsp. Vodka
  • 2 tsp. Anisette
  • 2 tsp. Triple Sec
Directions:
Shake well with crushed ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
