Bouchard Pere & Fils, founded in 1731, has expanded gradually over the centuries. Several generations of the Bouchard family have acquired vineyards adding to the expansion. Today, Bouchard Pere & Fils, under the ownership of Joseph Henriot, is one of the largest owners of grands crus and premiers crus in Burgundy's Cote d'Or.
The Collet Vineyards have chalky soils full of limestone, hot summers and cool winters which combine to grow chablis grapes that produce dry, golden colored wines.

Daniel Rion, a family-owned estate, began with only five acres of vines. The estate has now expanded to 37 acres in 14 different appellations including Nuits-St.-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny and Clos Vougeot.
The focus at J.M. Brocard is to work along with the soils to grow grapes of character and finesse. The natural flavors of the grapes are preserved and respected as J.M. Brocard produces their outstanding wines.

Jadot acquired the 69-acre Chateau des Jacques estate located in Moulin-a-Vent, in the Beaujolais region in 1996.
