Sundy House
106 S. Swinton Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33444
Cuisine Type: American, Caribbean, Eclectic

A world of wonder exists behind the gates of Sundy House in Delray Beach.
The restaurant is located in the former home of Delray Beach’s first mayor and his large family and both the Victorian mansion and surrounding grounds have been painstakingly restored. The gardens are elegant, with beautiful tropical plants placed near waterfalls, brick pathways and gazebos. Outdoor tables overlook the charming scene while indoor dining rooms are filled with antiques and Victorian bric-a-brac. The Sunday brunch offers an electric mix of foods, with a hot carving station, Mediterranean treats such as couscous, hummus, stuffed grape leaves and spanokopita and traditional dishes like made-to-order omelets and waffles. Reservations are a must.

Mario’s of Boca has been a mainstay in Boca Raton for over 21 years. During the week, the restaurant wows the crowds with its famous lunch buffet. On Sundays, a sumptuous brunch takes center stage. The ample tables almost groan under the weight of eggs, pancakes, bagels, lox, breakfast meats and other standard brunch fare. Mario’s signature salads are also in evidence, including the ever-popular Gorgonzola house salad. Garlic rolls and breadsticks make a great accompaniment to the salad. Pizza and pasta are plentiful on the buffet table, so be sure and save some room. End your brunch with the sweet taste of dessert

The Grille On Congress
5101 Congress Ave
Boca Raton, FL 33487

The Grille is a thrill! During working hours, the business crowd packs the dining room and spills outside to the comfy seating area near the bar. By night, soft lighting and linens give the main dining a more romantic feel. Anytime, the food and service are standouts. Partake of a few complimentary biscuits as you scan the menu. The delicious flaky biscuits have just a hint of sweetness and have been The Grille’s trademark since it opened in 1999. For lunch, huge salads, sandwiches and a few entrees dominate the menu. The dinner menu features American-themed entrees like steak, chicken and fish. Reservations are suggested.
