The Maccioni family’s Tuscan-influenced outpost at the Bellagio, overlooking the spectacular water show at the resort’s huge lake, has managed to maintain its reputation of upscale mood, top flight service and distinct flavors with a decidedly home-cooked touch, such as hot and cold antipasti selections, thin crust pizzas baked in a clay oven, handmade pastas and a peerless rack of lamb.
